The doctors at Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness, PLLC are leaders in the treatment of spine related disorders and will assist you in overcoming your acute or chronic back and/or neck pain. We are not your typical "rack-em and crack-em" chiropractic office; we spend the time needed with each patient to educate, motivate, and empower you via cost effective and clinically effective active care plans that induce high patient satisfaction.
Most people have either experienced low back pain (LBP) or know someone who has. It is quite a common condition in society today and also very difficult to treat in some cases. This site is designed with evidence-based care in mind so that as a patient you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you wish to pursue chiropractic care for your pain.
On occasion every man, woman, and child has or will experience minor neck aches, pain, and stiffness. This condition is usually due to overuse or holding the head in an awkward position. The good news is that situations such as these clear up on their own after a day of rest or a good night's sleep.

I can’t thank Dr Conrad enough for relieving my pain. He has treated me for many many problems that were not treatable any where else. He continues to fix all my pain no matter where it is. Ankles, feet, hips, neck, back, shoulders, tendons, elbows, hands, fingers etc. You name your pain and you will get the best treatment and care at Life in Motion.

Excellent! My husband strained his back and struggled with lower back/pelvic pain for months before finally listening to me to see a professional. Dr. Konrad resolved his severe pain in 4 sessions! Where is the LOVE button~ Wow other than the fact I felt as if I was dying ... from pain 😩 when I called in tears they got me right in, spent time discussing my symptoms, did some simple testing to rule out some things, shared their knowledge and thoughts and went to work. I left with some much needed relief and could not recommend Life inMotion more!

I have nothing but the highest of recommendation for Dr Konrad and Dr Fralick. They have helped me tremendously and my husband as well. They explain what they are doing and why and how it should help you and tweak as you go along. I spent almost 4 years to treat Plantar Fasciitis with 4 well known physicians from here to State College and Altoona… trying physical therapy, shots, wearing a boot for several weeks of which hindered my life at work as well as home. Dr Konrad is fixing me right up. I can almost jump for joy - except I won’t right now 😉. Dont want to ruin my tremendous
