Pre purchase inspection, I was purchasing my home and he was doing the inspection. By the time I got there he was just about finished, well first I was told there was no infestations, which I guess was true but there was enough roaches in the house, that should have been seen. I completed the sale of the house in October and in November there was a freeze and the floor tile buckled up in the kitchen, dining room, hallway and living that the insurance company would not cover because of improper instillation but the inspector should have caught.
