Melody and the entire team at You and I Catering made our wedding day an incredibly memorable day. From the food trail to the day of our wedding You and I was professional, responsive, timely, and flexible with all of our requests. My bride and I did not have any concerns when choosing You and I to take care of us. We chose the Italian buffet and when we first tried it we couldn’t wait to eat it again. The food is outstanding and all of our guests raved about the setup and presentation! The price of the food is very reasonable and we felt that the money we spent was well worth it for everything

We are totally thrilled with the food and service we received from You & I Caterers for our wedding in July 2021. From the initial meeting to the tasting to the wedding, everything was professionally done.
Prior to dinner, we had passed hors d'oeuvres and a cheese/crackers board.
We had a buffet for 200 guests with three entrees, two sides, and a pre-set salad. Everyone raved about the food and service.
After the outstanding tasting prior to the wedding, I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Everything went perfectly. Tables were set and decorated exactly to specifications

They catered my nephews wedding today. they are super professional, courteous, and friendly. Their food was incredible. The tri-tip was super tender and potatoes wonderfully flavored. I also don't like tomatoes, but the little bruschetta breads they had were so good. I would recommend them any time for a wedding or other event. Great people and food.

You and I Catering has been amazing to work with! They are always on time, patient, work so hard to make sure whatever event you are having is successful. We have used them multiple times and because of the wonderful experience each and every time, they are our go to caterer.
What I like the most about them is their imagination and willingness to work with you on what you want. When I'm planning events I call Neebus and tell him my menu ideas and instead of hearing "no you need to choose from our menu," I hear " I love those ideas and we can do that" These are words that important to me. Over the years we used several different caterers for our company Christmas party held at our home. In 2008 we tried You & I and we've used them every year since. They are happy to make the food and service changes that I request ahead of time. They set up the most beautiful display for the food. Our employees look forward to the party every year, as the food is delicious and plentiful. When everyone is finished eating, the food is put away, and we get to enjoy it all over again the next day at work. As long as Nebus and his crew are catering, they'll always have our business.

The food was Amazing and I had many compliments on the Salmon and the meatballs. As a Chef with over 40 years in the business, it was very important that the food be great at my wedding. We chose You and I Caterers and we are so glad we did. The food was exceptional and the service was great as well. I can't imagine going with anyone else should I ever need a caterer in the future. We still have people commenting on the food and asking us for recipes. Well done!

Discussed one thing and received another! First, our guests were not given options to both entrees and both sides, like the menu states. They were told to choose between one entrée, and one side, and that was it. What's the point of it being buffet style if it's super limited?
Then, after multiple promises that our families would be able to take the leftovers home, the food suddenly disappeared. We saw several trays full of food after they stopped serving, but when asked about the leftovers, we were told there weren't any. We were also 10 guests short of the guest count we gave them so there

We had this caterer do a party for an 80th birthday for 70 guests. This company provided fantastic service from the initial call to the actual event. The food was superb, the server professional and helpful, the price reasonable, and they were on time and meticulous in the cleanup. I haven't been so impressed with a business in a long time.

My company had a function for 800 people on two separate days. We knew they did great work for Blue Skies EA and were very happy with the estimates and their flexibility. With a call center that has changes from the industry influencing what we can do with time this was a HUGE advantage. I was unbelievably impressed in such an accurate execution, production, and efficiency. We had received quotes from another caterer that needed a literal army. You and I got everyone done with a smaller staff that was impressive and courteous.

Can I give 0 stars? Because that is what they deserve. They catered our wedding. Bait and switch is the best way to describe this company. The owner will promise you the world, under deliver, and overcharge. Here is a list of the screw-ups:
1. Gave a per head price quote based on an ESTIMATED number of people. Our final head count was 14 people less, they handed us an invoice for the ESTIMATED count. Mind you this was a head-count invoice, not fixed price.
2. We had 8 tables at our wedding, they showed up with service and tablecloths for 7 tables. We had to split up guests and squeeze them

I contracted You & I Caterers for a function to feed over 600 people, buffet style. I ordered Salmon, Wild Rice and Desserts.
Typically you can expect from caterers overly cooked salmon, however to my surprise, the salmon was perfectly done. The sauce that accompanied,delicately added to the overall flavor.
The staff was on time and professional. Served everyone speedily. The general feedback from attendees is very positive. I would definitely hire again when I'm in the area.
