I moved in November. A&C brothers moving took great care of me and my belongings. They were very responsive and the customer service was fantastic. They took the time to make sure my quote was very accurate and even finished early. And the best part? NO DAMAGES. Ive used so many other moving companies in the past and have not failed to end up with broken or damaged property. A&C were careful yet fast and efficient. I had a lot of questions and their friendly staff understood my concerns and set my mind at ease. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants comfort in knowing their stressful move goes

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable moving crew. Booked my move a couple days in advance for Saturday and paid my $100 deposit. They told me they could come any time between 12-4. I called them around 1 pm on Saturday to see if they could give me a better estimate of when they would be here. The lady called me back 15 mins later to tell me that the truck was having mechanical issues! When was anybody going to notify me?? Just about everything could go wrong and did. They underestimated the size of truck needed to move our furniture leaving pieces behind. Having listed a baby grand piano in the move the men were completely incompetent to move it. Starting with placing their toolbox on top of the piano, to total inability to get it apart, damaging it in the process. Even if they did get it apart, they did not have proper piano moving cart to safely move it. We ordered the movers to leave it behind before irreparable damage was done. This company is horrible. I was scheduled on 5/30 for my move and they canceled saying the truck broke down, but would move me the next day, 5/31. They never showed on 5/31 and after several calls and being on hold for long periods of time, I got a call and was told they were canceling the job, BUT - the caller stated he had a coworker could move me "off the books for cash". I was stuck as I had to be out by 6/1. I was asked not to tell the moving company about the "off the books job". I had put down a deposit of 100.00 and when I called for a refund and got no call back I did inform the owner

Great company to get your moving done with! Made it very easy to get everything scheduled for my move and made it as smooth as possible. Candice is the sales manager and she does a great job with communicating and making sure everything can go great on there end. Definitely will recommend A&C Bros moving and storage to all friends, family, and associates.
