I worked with Joe from Hallmark Property Managementfor a corporate relocation and the process could not have gone better. I came to San Francisco with no knowledge of the housing market, geography, history, etc... and Joe took the time to help educate me on all things Bay Area throughout our search for the perfect apartment. Not too sure why I would be denied application. I make over 5 times the amount of rent a month, never been evicted, never made a car payment or credit card payment late, only had a charge off I took care of that was never me to begin with ( which I explained ).... I guess that's why the property has been for rent for a month! Good luck with your home if you go thru this management

I would like to warn everyone who is moving into any property managed by this company to be extra cautious and picky when moving in . Pls check all the appliances, windows, screens, blinds, etc ... Please make yourselfs sure that you took a picture of hardly used appliances , demages , check that everything works properly. When you will be moving out , you may [ may not ] experience a tendency to deduce as much as possible from your security deposit . Mr. Justin will make you sure that there is no need to feel uneasy about moving out , but my seggestion is to check the place properly to avoid futher

I found Monica and Chris of Hallmark Properties to be very professional, personable, responsive to any concerns and/or repairs necessary at the condo rental, and, most of all, ethical. Every call and/or e-mail was addressed and one is treated with respect and care. In today's rental world, this is unheard of and, thus, valued. I definitely recommend Hallmark Properties!
