Inspired by his father to propel the family tradition, Berkley started Berkley's Backyard BBQ in 2003 under his father's guidance and the help of a few trusted friends. We are very excited about a lot of new things for 2015! The following is a list of what is available for planning anything from a small, intimate lunch to a spectacular event! If you want Lip-smackin BBq for your event but don't need a service staff or the appearance of SMOK-ZILLA, Berkleys can provide you with a Drop-off service.
This is very important! If your final head count is 50 guest then that is how much food I will need to bring but if you only have 10 guest show you are still responsible for the 50 head count. Plan for landscaping (if you are renting tents or equipment) this should be done a couple days before. Make a polite but stern call to your invites that have yet to r.s.v.p. and tell them to cancel all plans and be at your event.
SMOK-ZILLA was found on the internet by Berkley's best friend. It was born in Anderson, Indiana. Upon seeing SMOK-ZILLA being built we knew that it would become a unique piece of machinery! SMOK-ZILLA is truly a one-a-kind smoker. It only operates with custom woods such as pecan, cherry, apple, walnut and plum.
We take great pride in providing the best BBQ in Southern California. Everything is cooked or smoked fresh on site. Our preparation is meticulous! We will take care of everything from organizing the buffet line to professionally serving your guests. We will provide all paper goods, utensils and napkins.

We were craving barbecue and saw the reviews for this place and had to stop by for lunch. Me and my friends got 1lb brisket and 1lb of beef ribs. We got potato salad, macaroni and cheese and bread. This came out to be ~$60, divided by 3 of us, so $20 not bad for a TON of meat, sides and drinks!
