He graduated from Harvard University with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine and went on to complete his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics at UCLA. Orthodontics is a passion of Ryan's. Aside from being virtually invisible, one of the many perks of using Invisalign is that the custom aligners are removable. So you can eat and drink what you want during treatment. You can also brush and floss normally so hygiene will never be an issue! Using state-of-the-art 3D digital imaging technology, Dr. McComb will create a personalized treatment plan that will gently and gradually move your teeth into place.
These braces work just like their traditional counterparts, but blend in with your teeth. Using a tooth colored ceramic material, your braces will be less visible to people around you. I visited McComb Ortho for a consultation and was very impressed with how clean and beautiful the office is! Everyone I met was really friendly and welcoming. At the time I decided to hold off on ortho treatment only because I ended up going away for school and was traveling on and off. Now that things have calmed down, I plan to revisit ortho treatment and wanted to go with the office that made me feel more comfortable! I visited a couple in LA and this was by far my favorite. I will post an updated review based off of my treatment results!

This is an updated review to my previous review where I expressed disappointment and frustration. After seeing Dr. McComb, he thoroughly addressed my concern with great consideration and care. I'm so glad that I can now recommend this place wholeheartedly and without reservation. The alignment of my teeth are now what I hoped it would be and I am very glad that it all worked out. They are very deserving of an outstanding review - phenomenal customer-oriented service and efficacy in getting the results.

I am a few months into my Invisalign treatment and the staff here has been amazing. You can tell the doctors (and all the staff really) genuinely care about their patients. Anytime I have had a question and send an email, I get a response within the hour. Any time I have needed to have an attachment checked or reset, it's not a problem. And for Los Angeles, the Invisalign treatment is affordable.
Plus, I bring my puppy everywhere I am able and they have allowed me to bring him and he hangs out at the front desk. He IS in training to be an ESA dog, but even though he is just in training it

I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive starting this whole process but I have been loving my experience, especially with Dr. Ouliana at McComb Orthodontics! From the beginning, she made the transition easy for me. She is detail oriented, warm, and knows her craft really well. I've loved everyone one of my visits with her and the progress with my smile has been stellar. The one thing I love especially is how her passion shows through her work and I can't recommend her enough! Now, I cannot wait until the final results are in because I loved every step of the way getting to the smile

Unfortunately I have to update my review. While my treatment was amazing here. I recently found out unexpectedly that the original price of $40 per retainer arch they use to have (i.e. $80 per set) has now drastically increased to $85 per arch or $170 per set. My wife and I just proactively ordered 2 sets each as our current sets are becoming cracked and found out from TK the receptionist that we had to pay $680 for retainers. According to TK it's because they're required now to go directly through invisalign that said it seems extremely expensive to us.

I had the best experience of my life in a type of dentist office. I got clear invisline. I wore it for about 8 months. I never waited when I arrived for an appointment. I recently got my permanent retainer and Frankie did an amazing job. Frankie has an amazing personality and put me at ease during the appointment. If you are thinking about getting invisiline, this is the BEST place to go. I love me smile!

Everything is amazing about Dr. McComb and his staff. To begin with, the office is so well organized. Only once did I have trouble finding a parking spot in the lot. I never had to wait more than a minute for an appointment. The staff is beyond helpful and the office is beautiful. It was super clean before COVID, so I had absolutely no fear of going in after COVID. They have taken ever possible precaution. And, most important, my teeth look amazing. I get compliments all the time. The experience was very easy and I highly recommend.

I found McComb Orthodontics on Yelp in late 2019 when I was considering getting Invisalign to straighten my teeth for my October 2020 wedding. I wanted someone with lots of positive reviews who was close to work. I'd previously had braces as a teen and wanted something a little less obvious this time around. I scheduled a consultation visit in December 2019 and met with Taylor. I was referred to McComb through my kids dentist and the fact that they are in our area and a supporter of CCHS athletics is a bonus. From Day 1 I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at McComb. I have two teenage sons going through the invisalign process and everything has been explained to us in detail, scheduling appointments for both around school schedules (when they were in school physically) was always done thoughtfully and communication has been constant, clear and concise. Going to the dentist is never fun, it's actually terrifying! Lol! The staff at McComb Orthodontics are so friendly and carrying! Everyone from the front desk staff to the Doc himself made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I had two side gaps that really threw my smile off (in my opinion of course) and in less than 3 months they are completely closed! The Invisalign's are so easy to use and the instructions are simple to follow! Thank you Dr McComb for giving me my brand new beautiful smile!!!

Dr McCombs office was the best experience ever!! I did a 14 month treatment with clear brackets and OMG, they worked great and quickly!!! It was the best decision I've ever made!!! Special thanks to Miriam for always assisting me and being so sweet, careful and attentive!!!

Went in for a consultation after being told by another orthodontist I'd need double jaw surgery to fix my bite; wanting any other option but that, I went to Dr. McComb for a second opinion, who said that we should be able to fix it with invisalign and elastics.
Scheduling the initial installation was a little challenging because of my work schedule, and at first it looked like I wouldn't be able to start treatment until a few
