With the motto of "quality work is what's important", KB's Hardwood Floors is on the cutting edge of the hardwood flooring industry and has been serving Southern California for almost 30 years. We specialize in all types of hardwood and laminate installations including soild wood, custom hand distressed, unique layouts and staircases.
We specialize in good quality installations with a lot of attention spent on the little details. Such as transitions between other floor coverings, doorways. We always use the manufactures recommendations when comes to installing their products. Sub-floor is the pre-existing floor that is either underneath your carpet or an already existing wood floor.
When you already have pre-existing floor, instead of installing a whole new floor, you can sand and refinish what you already have. This is much more cost effective. It is just as easy to breathe new life into your already existing floor as it is to install a new one. Typically you can salvage what is already there but, sometimes a few boards need to be replaced in order to keep the look consistent.
Some customers choose to purchase the wood only. This is because they decide to install it themselves or have someone else to do it.
