Mitchell Funeral Home was founded in 1923. The original funeral home was located on Pruett street in downtown Paragould, and later moved to its current location at 2307 West Kingshighway in 1967. The funeral home was owned and managed by the Mitchell family until its recent sale in 2018 to Billy Curl of Blytheville, Arkansas.
