I starting coming here almost a month ago. I was so intimidated. It has been AWESOME! There are all types of bodies and levels of fitness. Everyone that goes there seems nice and encouraging. The staff are always super friendly and helpful! I am so glad I chose this as my gym! The daycare is awesome. my little cries when she leaves🤣 Wish I could give 6 stars!

I really like this gym. It's clean, the staff are very nice and easy to talk with, and if something goes wrong with the equipment they'll come and fix it as soon as they can.
The only downside I have to this gym is how busy it is. Because the gym is small if you have 20-25 people in there, while there are going to be equipment available for you, you might not be able to get a space for dumbbells for 20 minutes or whatever. I've tried going before work and it was a little too busy. I've tried going late at night and even that was busy. I've tried going right after work and it was busy. But not
