I went here a while ago for a upper lip wax. I had prior experience with it by going to a different salon at the Galleria Mall when it use to be open. The person responsible for my lip waxing was not only rough with the removal of my wax (and I'm sure I told them I have sensitive skin so I asked her to be as gentle as she can), but I heard her speaking with another co-worker about my weight and my appearance. Don't come if you're plus sizs imo.. I have 0 idea what their deal was.

I have been going to Dragon Nails since it opened a few years ago and after many terrible experiences (the most recent being so unacceptable that I still can't believe it). I will never return. When they first opened, they were efficient and professional. They are absolute chaos right now. I have never seen a more disorganized business.

We went for the first time, and it was a great experience!!! They were first of all, such a friendly team and they worked very well together. And it was just a nice and relaxed environment where I felt like I could just enjoy being there and not feel rushed at all. They were just so nice and personal! And my nails look awesome too! ;)

I really thought this place was gonna be great because of how beautiful the inside of it is and all the great reviews... but I thought wrong. I got a manicure and pedicure and two days after I got my pedicure it had came off in clumps. I had came back to get them redone and MR. B HAD SPOKEN WITH ME TO WAIT AND HE WILL FIX THEM. I waited 20-30 for him to fix them for him to tell me he can't fix them and I need to know who did them. And I did not know who had done them because they had 3 different people doing my nails and toes. I asked for a refund cause I had to go after he wouldn't fix my toe

I've been a few times now. The pricing is superb. All the stylists are wonderfully skilled and know what they're doing, plus they're fun to talk to and have a laugh with. They're colors are gorgeous. And they always manage to fit me in, no matter how last minute. I always adore my nails after I get them done here! LOVE THEM!

Two Tropical Spa Pedicures. Perfection! Gentle with the clippers, but an amazingly firm massage to go with it! When my mom accidentally slipped and ruined her polish job, her attendant happily took her back and fixed the damage. Our nails look amazing! The waxing tech was also kind and fast. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Tipped both of my girls $20 each.... Also, we were walk-ins. Only a fifteen minute wait and the place was packed! Every pedicure station was full. And the technicians were all very polite and paid very close attention to detail.

Stay away from Mr. B. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I didn’t understand what he said (which is hard with a mask and the noise) he became extremely frustrated and stared me down like he wanted… to hurt me. At the end of the day, a manicure is not worth being treated like garbage. It’s a shame because I’ve been here once before and the women who did my nails was lovely. Will not be coming back.

This salon books appointments and does not honor them. They have no consideration for their customer’s time. My daughter had blocked off appointments for her bridal party. The appointments were at 10:00 am. I left at 1:15, 3 hours later, and there were still two brides maids that had not been seen yet. They were seating walk-ins before the… bridal party that had appointments. After today’s 75 minute wait, I will not be returning. I am always 10 minutes early for my appointments and end up waiting at the least an additional 1/2 hour. The dictator at the front desk is rude and

Well this was my 1st and last visit to this place. I did a full set with Gel polish as I always do. The guy doing my nails got up several times to attend to other people. Which didn't bother me that much, So my gel polish was not under the UV lamp long enough then kept adding more polish. Went home all the polish was lifting as you can see in the photos. I went back the next day to get them done again the guy was super rude he started to talk in his language which to me is super disrespectful period. So then he started to tell me this happens all the time which it has never happened in my past

Went in for my 1pm appointment and was spoken so rudely! Told sit down it will be at least 1 hour..really? Spoke in a demeaning way too!! Asked him why and he scoffed go somewhere else plenty around if I didn't want to wait. I will never ever be returning!! I love how Lily does my nails but will not tolerate that attitude.

I really wanted to give this place a chance, but I don't think I will ever be going back. I went to go get a dip powder manicure. They left me sitting at a seat for 40 minutes with my nails wrapped to take off… my dip from a previous manicure. The manicure was then super rushed. My cuticles were not pressed back and cut, my nails were filed to all different shapes, the dip was not properly filed after so my nails are now lumpy, and there is a ton of dip powder dried on my skin from rushing to put it on.

I used to love this salon, after today my opinion very much changed. The manager was yelling and berating his overworked employees, to the point that I was just so uncomfortable. One employee grabbed her stuff… and left! The workers were trying their best. However, my French manicure is yellow and spotted. I called and spoke with the young kid (very nice) he told me they would absolutely fix it. When I went in the lady literally said “that’s your toenail”…. It’s not. She said I can put pink on it, I said on one nail? Wouldn’t that make it different than

I’ve been going here on an off for a couple years since they opened. Even after I moved a half hour away, I would make the drive to come here. When they first opened I had previously been a client at My Nails in the plaza adjacent to this one, but made the switch because I felt the quality over there was heading downhill. I will say that they are very clean and friendly here, but the quality of service/product was lacking this time around...
