Unless you want to spend months stuck with a broken TV, be very wary of using this company. On August 1, 2017, I used this company to move into my home and my 70-inch plasma was cracked and damaged in the process (see pictures below.) After sending numerous e-mails and photos of the damage, on September 5th, the manager finally said, "We will… replace the same size used TV, unfortunately, we can't pay for the used TV as for a new one, also we will remove the old one and install the new one." This was their proposed solution rather than go through their movers' insurance and I accepted this
