TY engineering helped do the structural engineering for my remodel. I had a couple companies propose how to handle removing a load bearing wall and Tolga's was the best solution. He knew how to improve the foundation in the most efficient way to get approval from the city. Rogelio did the work and was super responsive. Everything went quickly and smoothly.

When we decided to build our ADU for our office space, we did not know where to start. It was overwhelming at the beginning until we found Tolga and his team.
