We had a mediocre-to-bad experience with Rachel and Bellingham Event Rentals. We found their website easy to navigate, the products were fine, and Rachel was helpful in deciding what we wanted. She divided the order for us for two separate event pick-ups. But a couple months before our event a few emails and two phone calls went unreturned for several weeks. When I called one day to follow-up, Rachel answered and said she’d just been about to call me.
