Dr. Liatti and Encintas Orthodontics are nothing short of a miracle! Imagine having your son’s retainer break the day before vacation. Somehow Dr. Liatti fit us in for a quick office visit file fix. Unfortunately, the retainer broke the next day on our way to Maui. Texted Dr. Liatti. Like the amazing orthodontist he is, he found us an orthodontist in Lahaina, Maui, and arranged for imaging the very next day! Then he mailed the new retainer to our hotel! Where do I begin? Place is very clean. Staff very supportive. Process very efficient. Emergency responsiveness terrific and immediate. Lobby has great surfing books (extra). Seriously though, my daughter has had absolutely no issues during the treatment. No one is a perfect patient and our daughter Niko, 14-15, has had the usual challenges ( losing that, didn't follow through diligently, etc.), but Dr. Chenard followed through and responded with patience and appropriate care. I went to Encinitas Ortho to get replacement night retainers. With assessment by Dr. Chenard-he lightly suggested that I could get a couple retainer trays for my top teeth to adjust them back to where there were when I got braces off 25 years ago. I appreciated that he and his staff were not pushy about any of the sales and had different suggestions/ideas to assist me. At a later date, he also kindly fixed my top retainer after I had to get a crown. Will be bringing my kiddos here for braces when they are ready. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chanard and all of his staff are just amazing!! I got my braces off today!! My teeth look and feel extravagant so I am finally leaving a review after 2 yrs of being brace face...lol I'm always excited to go to my appointments, his staff makes me feel so welcome and they're so friendly. Dr. Chenard made sure my teeth were as close to perfect as possible and that I was happy with them before we made the appointment to have my braces removed. I'll definitely being getting my sons braces with Dr Chenard's office when that time comes.

Encinitas Orthodontics should be the only place where you want to go to get your Invisalign or braces done.
I was told at other places I couldn't get Invisalign because I have; correction HAD a major overbite, and I mean an overbite where you couldn't see my bottom teeth. Dr. Chenard found a way and told me that it can be fixed and he did it!

Wow. What a racket. Felt like I was trying to buy a used car. The evasive answers to how much invisilign was and the "i'll talk to my manager" tactic was a real turn off and made me feel like I was being totally bamboozled. Plus the fact that when I laughed at their quote they tried to sell me another product more expensive but "half the time". It didn't feel like they were about helping people as much as they were about making more money more money.

Dr Chenard is not only a great Orthodontist, he's a great guy. I know he puts an incredible amount of thought into his orthodontic cases. To me, it is very obvious that he loves his job and his patients. I didn't realize how much time and effort goes into learning the latest techniques like Invisalign. It was nice to know he is an expert in all of them.
Don't forget to ask him about his volunteering trips to Nepal and Costa Rica to help those who are less fortunate. He's probably too modest to bring up those types of things, but I think they say a lot about his character.

A huge Thank You to the Encinitas Orthodontist for great service. I only had two weeks in town during the Christmas holiday to get new retainers made. They accommodated my schedule--created new molds, made my new retainers, personally drove to the Lab to pick them up and get them to me before I had to leave town! I had nothing but pleasant experiences during my treatments with Torin at Encinitas Orthodontics. I was greeted with a warm welcome, genuine smiles from the staff and was accommodated immediately, never even having to sit down to wait.
