Richard Energy is an eighty-eight-year-old family business focusing on exceptional customer relationships, reasonable prices with premier products and services. It began in 1932 during the Great Depression when Daniel F. Richard opened his own business delivering 5-gallon cans of home heating oil and servicing heating equipment.
The business was run out of the home on Broadway with his wife Armande and their children. Armande would take care of the bookkeeping while Daniel made deliveries and serviced heating equipment out of the trunk of his car. When their boys, Normand, Raymond and Robert were old enough to carry fuel and hand Dad tools, they would ride along.

Absolutely disgusting with this place. My father that had passed away years ago and always took care of him... had always taken care of him now that I took over the place they shut my automatic off because I owe 300 and I paid itearly that morning that night I ran out of propnae.. needles to say I have owed more then that and they never stopped or shut my sensor off with no notice. And now it's my fault I have to pay the emergency bill. And more expensive because I let it go that low. My father never had issues always took care of him and now I get treated like trash

Excellent customer service and timely delivery. I use auto delivery/pre-buy(winter season) and have never needed to worry. Annual maintenance technicians do a very good job. Customer service reps and managers are attentive to customer needs and very helpful. Been a customer for over seventeen years now and was treated very well . Highly Highly recommended
