Chiropractic is about so much more than back pain! We evaluate posture as well as motion to ensure that your body is working at its best. If it's not, we'll be able to tell you why. We find misalignments in the spine that interfere with nerve function. This is a problem that we call "subluxation". Your nervous system is important because it controls everything in your body: every cell, tissue, and organ.
Paula is passionate about helping others help themselves and be the best they can possibly be. She enjoys working one on one with patients and getting to know them. She is also pursuing her degree in Psychology to advance her skills as a healer. When she's not in the office, Paula loves painting and exploring everything that Vermont has to offer!

Chiropractic here has made a significant difference for me. I have had relief from neck pain and TMJ. I am sleeping better. After two significant car accidents, I saw the doctors here for adjustments. Office is always clean and employees are super friendly. Scheduling is easy and I can always get in when I need to. Lots of space in the office. Perfect for families or individuals. I have seen all the doctors and they are all fantastic!

The team at Farrell is amazing. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. But most importantly, the numerous issues I've had with my back have all drastically improved since I started seeing Dr. Horne. I can do all the sports/activities I did before without worrying about back pain. The treatments have greatly improved my quality of life.

Had my first visit today and Dr Farrell was warm and welcoming and truly wants to learn about me and what my biggest issues are. He is completely open and honest did all the scans and tests. During my first and only visit so far, they were kind, courteous, and professional. They were very tender with my injured area and treated it with laser therapy to speed healing. They also took scans and x-rays. It was a great visit, and I will be returning for a follow up to discuss results and a plan for recovery.

Dr. Horne at Farrell Chiropractic was extremely thorough and professional. From the moment I called to leaving the office the team was top shelf! We were seen on short notice and it was efficient, effective and so courteous. I felt like I got a massage and adjustment in one visit! They even fit my granddaughter in. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Farrell and his team are great! I was greeted by friendly receptionists and called right in to my appointment. I was adjusted by Dr. Farrell who always asks if there is anything going on so he can pay extra attention to specific areas. Super Friendly staff, very flexible providers! Very comfortable and clean office. The people there made me feel welcome each and every time i went (which was alot!). Once my regular visits were complete, aside from missing my adjustments - I found I very much miss the smiling faces and wonderful conversations that were offered up at each and every visit!
