On Feb. 20, 2009 Ronald Phillips was issued a letter of professional misconduct and he was disciplined by the issuance of an admonition issued by NY State Grievance Committee for the 9th Judicial District in White Plains, NY - Call their chairperson for verification. .
A permanent record was made of the Committee's determination after careful consideration of my complaint was issued after all the facts pertaining to my complaint were considered by the Committee.
