When have you ever stayed in a hotel/motel that offered you MORE pillows than you could imagine what to with??? Every other place is so stingy with their pillows that I can't comprehend what the problem is to give people what they want! Thank you!!! It was better than more expensive places I have ever stayed. Our entire visit was pleasant. The room smelled so clean and fresh. It even has its own private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard and even came with some resident bunnies. The town of Wickenberg is so charming and I have to put a plug for Cowboy Cookin' that made out

Our usual stay in Wickenburg wanted to charge us more than $100 as compared to our usual rate and the pool wasn't heated so I called around and BOOM! Heated pool! I haven't been swimming since Covid and was in desperate need! This hotel was wonderful! Private patio, beautiful, CLEAN, large rooms, super cozy bed, extremely nice staff and the pool!!! Was still a bit chilly but so well worth it! They give you a Denny's voucher for breakfast, it's literally steps away. I love this little hotel and can't wait to go back when it's blazing hot for my birthday! Get ready pool

Nice folks, clean room (at least the first day) this was a working stay. We would leave at 4:AM to go out to work, return for a few hours noon time then back out by 2:PM.. First day room was not cleaned. Thought odd. Second day returned at noon to find room was not cleaned again. Called and was told you must request a room cleaning! No one bothered to tell us that fact. You would think they would post that important fact in the freakin room

Nice clean new hotel. Clean large (for a hotel) pool and clean small jacuzzi. Heated pool (still cool) was nice and square for lap swimming. Got vouchers for free breakfast at Denny's next door. Pet friendly with big lawn for exercising our dog. Friendly staff very helpful at check-in.
Only thing that could improve is the softness of the sheets and bed firmness, it was a little squishy for me. But I would definitely stay again. Wonderful alternative to the other chain hotels in town.

My family and myself stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our time. The rooms are clean and spacious to where you have room to move around freely. One of the thing we really liked about our room was you could make your way to the office, pet area and the near by Denny's with ease, this was very helpful for my mother who has a hard time moving around. The staff will keep you updated if there will be a change in service. As I mentioned easy access to the pet area I really was happy about that because my dog was able to her business and walk around safely.
If you go into the lobby area it is

We checked in here for one night this past weekend on the way back to Vegas (from Tucson) to break up the drive. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, check in was quick and easy.

Room (2 queen beds on 1st floor) was super clean and surprisingly pretty modern. My kids loved the room and wanted to stay another day. After loading off the stuff at our room we exited the sliding door into the open grassy courtyard area and headed to the pool. Again, very clean including the tables and chairs. It wasn't heated but that didn't matter. Only comment is the chlorine was pretty strong

This is supposedly one of the "best" hotels in town, sadly it was not nice. Towels in the room were either dirty from previous guests or very badly stained and needed to be retired. I had booked directly with the hotel but they did not inform me that the pool was out of order. The hotel's website states free grandslam breakfast nextdoor at Denny's but it wasn't being honored due to covid (although restaurant was open) and instead offered a bottle of arrowhead water and a pastry. Very disappointing stay.

Quick 24 hours trip to play at Trilogy, this place is not to far from downtown or the course. Also it had free bagged breakfast and coffee. Pool was perfect temp, not hot but not freezing, hot tub was taken but had enough space to sit and relax.
Our room was huge and had a king size bed with a fold out couch and plenty of room for clothes. Bed was ultra soft, felt like melting into the pillows and just sleeping. Maybe to soft for others but I loved it and the bedding was just enough to keep you warm when the AC works great in your room.
Balcony view of the pool with patio seating to sit and enjoy

Its really clean & nice. Pool & hot tub good. My only problem is bad wifi. They have hot coffee In the lobby. Place is quiet with large rooms. I had fun chatting with the front desk peeps about paranormal events in Wickenburg. At least until a comment was made about me being a little chatty. That as they say put an end to that ! Guess I had a little to much of that delicious hot free coffee !! Ha Ha

This has been a go to place for my family for years during the dove season and was by far the best motel in my opinion. They are currently going through a remodel so it's understandable that things are a little chaotic at the moment. I felt that the rooms were about the same as the past which was fine. The pool area could use some cleaning up and there were a lot of wasps using the pool for water and it made it uncomfortable to stay in for to long. The kids avoided the pool. The shrubbery around the pool needs to be removed and that may alleviate the problem. I did let one if the ladies at

This place is horrible. They claim to be "dog friendly". They are not. When you book it just says contact hotel. They have only 4 rooms set aside, if you haven't called to reserve a dog room and they are out--tough luck. No refund and go somewhere else. If I book online, why do I have to call to hotel to confirm?
Why??? Because they don't want to tell you that there is a $25 surcharge plus tax. The rate was $89 and the surcharge was $27.25. That is almost a third of the price. I dealt with 3 desk clerks, and they all had the attitude that I was lucky to stay there and I

Stayed 3 nights at Los Viajeros 4/20-4/22/18 with a group attending an organized event.

I wasn't expecting Shangri-La in Wickenburg, AZ but this place has serious problems. The first clue was the failure to supply any cups for the in-room coffee maker 3 nights in a row, even after I mentioned it to the front desk. No fresh linens were left for the final night of the stay.

Then there were the dirty towels (not just used, soiled) left on the floor near t he washbasin. When I mentioned this in a face to face conversation with the General Manager, she was defensive and implied it was my

Upon check-in,4:00pm, which we were scheduled for 3:00, our room wasn't ready until 7:30 for us to check-in and no discount was given. Room 212 was dirty and not finished; the remodel was started but never finished. Holes in walls that have been patched and left alone light fixtures/lampshades in poor condition; carpet filthy and hadn't been vacuumed round the corners in a long time. The headboard was for a queen bed and there was a king bed in place. Lack of bedding and all around quality. The TV was about the only thing of quality and with that the cords were hanging out and exposed

The exterior and landscaping looked promising. Not so, upon entering our room, which was a hit and miss as the key card worked about 50% of the time, the carpets were stained and looked filthy, the bathroom was dated and there were dead bugs on the floor. The bed was hard as a rock, pillows were bad, bedspread looked dirty, the easy chair in the room looked dirty and when you sat in it you sank down into a hole. There is a window by the front door with an outside light directly across from it that lit up about 1/2 the room even when the mini blinds were closed. I find it absolutely obscene
