Kayser began selling and servicing cars back in 1925 on East Washington Avenue in Madison. Paul A. Kayser, a farmer from Fitchburg opened the dealership to sell and service the new Ford Model T. Thanks to the loyalty of so many satisfied customers and the dedicated & effective work of so many Kayser employee's we grew to be the largest Ford dealership in the state.
Kayser has since grown to sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet, Buick, Isuzu Trucks, Ford and Lincoln brands in five locations, Sauk Prairie, Pulaski, Watertown and Madison. When Paul Kayser began selling the Ford Model T in downtown Madison, the city was really more akin to a small town. Although I have always thought of Madison as having that small town feel, it has grown tremendously and very successfully since 1925.

Andrew for the win! What a great person to work with and getting you what you want! Very personable and down to earth. I bought 3, yes 3 cars in the last few months, first one got totalled, second one was a mistake (on my part), abs the 3rd one has everything I ever wanted (and my list was extensive!). Andrew and Joe worked on getting me out of 'my mistake car' and got me into the vehicle that I actually wanted! Fran was really friendly too, can't forget about the finance person lol.

Came in looking to make my first car purchase ever and Andrew made the experience so awesome. I love that they aren't commission based, so you can have a genuine conversation about what you're looking for and they don't try to upsell you on something you don't want. I have to agree with the awesome service! It's been awhile since I purchased from them-I still have the vehicle and am looking to buy again. I would definitely go back.
Because of a unusual circumstance at the time, I never had an actual salesperson-I worked directly with Finance who then gave the sale to someone. But Matt S was so incredible to work with. I hope he is still there...

Didn't end up buying a car here but was impressed by the selection and competitive pricing. We worked with Dennis and he let us take a car home for the night to make sure it was the right fit. Low pressure and straightforward gentleman to deal with. Ultimately it didn't work out for us, but that wasn't Kayser's fault.

Ed was great. Not only could he read my body language; that I didn't want to be bothered until I found the Truck I wanted. The dealership did great with the social distancing and sanitizing. I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted and it was nice to have the flexibility of not feeling pressured. I was given an inspection report and vehicle history. We had a delay due to COVID with obtaining the Title and I was able to take the vehicle home for a few days until it arrived without issue.
