This is the exact reason I created my sheSTRENGTH App. For women. By a woman. The sheSTRENGTH mission is to help women gain their strength, renew their sense of confidence, and find their ROAR - all from their own living rooms or garage gyms. I was given the name Home Gym as a CrossFit Athlete. I was the only competitor who did not belong to a gym.
I was the only competitor who worked out at home by myself. It worked better for me for many reasons, mainly being my family. I retired from competing at a high level a few years ago when God spoke to my heart about pursuing something bigger. I designed an app to help women reach fitness goals beyond their imagination-training at home.

Services
I'll send you a template of workouts that can be done anywhere, at any time with just a few sets of dumbbells, a band, and a foam roller. Most workouts are 30 to 45-minutes or less. Video demos' are provided for each workout. I will coach you through the movements via my online private client community.
This course is intended to be used by anyone wanting to incorporate fitness & health into the lives of the people they live and work with, who have special needs - and do not know where to begin. The Adaptive Fitness Exercise Programming training will guide you through the process to create individualized and group fitness plans for specialized diagnoses.

Anna Woods is an amazing trainer. I learned how to lift using her app. I love that she makes strength training so accessible. Even just a few minutes today, you can fit it in to be stronger and healthier. I also have done and loved her ab academy and glutes academy. Highly recommend.

SheStrength...The lessons and tools I learned with Anna over the years have remained with me as I continue my fitness journey. Whenever I am lifting, I remember her voice of prompts, reminding me to keep my back straight and my belly braced.

I have been working out with Anna for 5 months. She has helped so much with toning my muscles and the bonus of losing 15 lbs in the process. It's so nice to not have to think about "what should I do today". I work out virtually and love the live instructions in the comfort of my own home. I also like the videos that she posts on the app for each exercise as a reference insuring I use proper form. Her plan helps work all of the muscles throughout the week so you get results. She makes me "want" to workout.
