W. Roger Kampf founded KSA in 1985. Prior to KSA, Roger worked for over 17 years as supervisor and senior adjuster of workers' compensation and personal injury cases for Aetna Casualty & Surety.
During this 17 years Roger developed a keen knowledge of medical malpractice and products liability cases by investigating, and helping Attorneys prepare for trial and assisting them during trial in Asbestosis, Birth Control Pills, IUD's and Medical Malpractice cases as well as the usual automobile collisions and slip and falls.

In the past, Mr. Dearth has represented insurance companies. He has been General Counsel for a Property-Casualty Insurer. Mr. Dearth uses his knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance industry to better prepare his cases for settlement or trial. He feels this knowledge allows him to obtain larger settlements and Awards for his clients.
Andrew Kim grew up in Southern California. Andrew attended Cal Poly Pomona where he graduated with honors, receiving a degree in Computer Information Systems in 1995. After many years working in the software field, he proceed to University of La Verne College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2011.

All members of the team are well organized, manage their time efficiently, and are genuinely involved in your case. This place is disgusting: very unprofessional, waist of time .. I’ve unfortunately been dealing with them sense 2002 .. the quality of help has declined to the point where they are willing to sell you out to make a buck .. they don’t care .. they lie and can’t keep people around.. basically they are now ambulance chasers .. go somewhere else

My case went on for years was sent to doctors everyday 30 days thay did nothing. My case was finally settled out of frustration repeatedly work in Paine years later I still have the Paine can't work i am on disability at a fraction of what I could have received not happy with the way I was treated. I don't like to complane but I am dealing with this every day and I don't see how they can say they did everything for me. Whith that being said I feel like they need to work with their clients and not against them.
