OK, so take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I just finished my move with Royal Movers, and despite a few hiccups, it was a great service.
In long distance moves, the same company is not handling the entire thing. Royal Movers packs up your stuff, and then a freight truck is chosen to transport the goods based on the current routes drivers are taken. Most of the time the truck moving your goods is not affiliated with the initial moving company. They are contracted. Moving across the country is no simple endeavor, but Royal Moving makes every effort to make it a pleasant process.

Don't fall for this trap!
They can take up to 30 days to deliver your things. It says so in multiple places in the contract (in fine print).
They picked up my stuff and 2 WEEKS LATER still haven't delivered my things. Over-promise but under-deliver.
If you don't want to live out of a suitcase for a month, look elsewhere.
Also the final charges were almost double what the original estimate was. Don't let them fool you like they fooled me.

I used Royal Moving to move into an apartment on the 10th floor in Forth worth and they did a great job, starting from the time they arrived at 8am until they left at 8pm, that same night, I will not go into all the details of the move but it was a very challenging move and Chris and his crew did a great job, if I could give them 10 stars I would, being a mover is such a hard job. So keep it up guys we need you !!
