Lugo's Restaurant opened in August of 2009 as a full service restaurant serving great Contemporary American Cuisine for lunch and dinner, Wednesday through Saturday. The dishes offer traditional American cuisine as the core component, with added influences from the Caribbean and other countries around the world.

Lugos is an absolute gem. Our go to restaurant for any special occasion dinner. I often choose lugos for lunch dates as well as for pick up. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is always perfect. Dickson is lucky to have such a wonderful high brow restaurant. My favorite lunch is the meatball sub. Favorite dinner is the salmon. The tiramisu with a cup of coffee is always a nice treat as well.

We were visiting Dickson and I chose Lugo's based on the Yelp ratings and food choices. This restaurant was an excellent choice for my birthday dinner! The service was great, the drinks were good and the food was excellent! I ordered the sherry chicken pasta and would go back to Dickson just for that meal again. We also ordered the shrimp and grits, shrimp scampi and salmon which were all great! Thank you Lugo's for a wonderful evening!!

The GF had the Shrimp Scampi and I had the lasagna. Wanted to order the calamari but they were out unfortunately so we went with the fried plantain chips with cilantro/lime dip as an app. It was different and pretty good but a tad expensive ...probably should be $6 tops. Was hoping for some REALLY good Italian bread but they serve two little roll-type deals with what I believe was honey butter. They were good...but a small loaf you could cut at the table would've been more suitable while you're waiting for your entree. The Scampi was pretty underwhelming for $21...nothing really popped

Amazing food and very friendly atmosphere. A real gem. I can't wait to go back to try some more of the menu. Rarely do you have a meal with friends or family that every dish is so tasty and well presented. Recommend the Lamb Meatballs, also the Rib Eye was very good. The Bronzino fish special was also very tasty . You will not be disappointed. Don't miss the Tiramisu.

I had the special today, swordfish, and it was amazing. Everyone I’ve met there are very professional and make it a dinning experience like no other. There is a great variety on the menu but I have yet to get to order from it because the specials always sound great, so I order them, and glad I do. Victor, you are amazing. Looking forward to my next visit…

A pleasant surprise for dinner while in the area. This is a gem! I was excited to see the daily specials included a wide range of options and went for the lamb rack. It was very well prepared, great flavor and a respectable portion size for the price. I was skeptical of the empanadas on the menu since in my mind it didn't fit with my expectations of what would be served here but they were excellent! I had one of the maritini's and likely should have stuck to the large wine selection. If I lived in Dickson, this would definitely be one of my regular spots for excellent food. Glad to have

Good place for something different than the same ole same ole. Kinda boojie for my taste. I got the Caesar salad with chicken. I wanted the lamb meatballs with a side salad because of dietary concerns but they don't do substitutions so I just went with the salad. Will go back but property just for a special occasion or something. Just too much swank for me.

This place is simply wonderful. We've been eating here for several years and have never been disappointed with food or service. We have tried nearly every menu item and each one is its own work of art. It's always nice when Chef comes out to your table just to say hi and thank you for eating at his establishment. These places are few and far between these days. If you're ever near downtown Dickson, Tn, please go treat yourself!!!

Can't say enough good things about my dinner. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my wife had the Salmon. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The fish had wonderful texture and flavor. I am so glad I stopped in for dinner. My first visit and will definitely be back. The owner and chef just stopped by our table. How amazing that he cares enough to visit his patrons.

Appears Lugo's is struggling these days. Was looking forward to a visit today and we stopped in only to be told they were full. Only two tables were seated out of 20. More staff then patrons. Not very friendly or welcoming. We stopped by across the street at House of Wine and they were so nice. I think we will have to update our favorite stops.

Found this place on Yelp... and like always, Yelpers never disappoint. This place was on point! I ordered the calamari and the homemade Marinera was delicious. The breading on it isn't like breading I've ever had before on calamari. It's more like cornmeal consistency. It wasn't bad, but was a little more gritty than I like. However, it was fresh and tasted good. My husband ordered the salmon and oh my god. I have to say, it was the best salmon I'd ever tried. It was cooked perfectly. Not too raw but not over cooked. The outside was seared to perfection. It was so crispy

Visited Lugo's on a Friday evening with a larger group. We did have reservations which is a good idea, particularly on weekends or with large parties. Situated in downtown Dickson, easy parking.
Staff welcomed us warmly and we were seated when we arrived. Our server was very friendly, patiently answering all our questions regarding menu options and specials.
Several in the party ordered salads, wedge, Caesar and spinach. All were very well executed. I'm not a personal fan of the wedge salad, but I have to admit these looked great!
Entrees all sounded good. I landed on the lamb Meatballs
