Undersold my home and took advantage of of a woman with dementia and daughter that had a massive stroke. she was trusted at first and sold us out for less than the property was worth because we were ill. She had no problem taking a $55,00 com 18 eleven o'clock road take a look. This broker sold my hold my with an in ground pool 1200 SQ FT POOL HOUSE WITH 2 FULL BATHS AND ALLOWED A CONTRACTOR TO REMOVED $10,000 + furniture while I was in the hospital recovering from s stroke.

Cheryl Scott Daniels was outstanding in all ways in enabling my aging parents to sell their home of over 50 years very quickly for an excellent price. Given my parents' limitations and the remote distance of me and ultimately my parents, Cheryl had to go above and beyond to get this house sold. From getting the house ready to market, contracts agreed upon and signed, inspection issues addressed to the countless closing items required, including some last minute items from the buyers' financing, Cheryl was the incredible force behind coordinating and communicating across multiple parties. For example
