Parked their truck crooked in my development and blocked the whole road. Did not need to at all, only needed one side. My 3 year old was in the car and needed her diaper changed. I asked them how long they were going to be. They laughed and told me they were working and wait or drive through my neighbors yard. Like my neighbors would appreciate me driving in their yard. I told them why would they not park their truck straight so cars could get by them. 1 ignorant employee told me to go cry to my wife. All of them laughing like this is what they do on a regular bases. The most unprofessional company

We had JB Roofing install a new roof and new gutters. They gave a very good quote and finished on time. However, we have had some issues arise post finished project to which they say they guarantee thier workmanship for 5 years. We have called and emailed for the past 2 months trying to get them to follow up and return to fix the issues, to which we have had no response (about 10 calls and 10 emails distributed over 2 months). I could understand if they were extreemly busy, however it is not hard to follow up to let us know what's going on. We are now having to contemplate hiring another roofing

Hired them a few months ago to replace a torn off shingle. Cost a lot more than I expected. Was dissapointed in the crew that came out (2 young kids, left dozens of roofing nails in the yard, tried to leave without actually replacing the shingle). The replaced shingle blew off a few months later. Now they won't return my calls. Tried both their Bellefonte and State College number. Will probably need to hire a different roofer to fix their mistake.
