The pediatric dentist may recommend nitrous oxide (more commonly known as "laughing gas") for children who exhibit particular signs of nervousness or anxiety. Nitrous oxide is delivered via a mask, which is placed over the child's nose. Nitrous oxide is always combined with oxygen - meaning that the child can comfortably breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
We are so proud of our cavity-free kids! We want to give extra recognition to the children who are doing a fantastic job taking care of their teeth and staying cavity-free! If your child has a cavity-free check-up, they will become a member of the Cavity Free Club! We will give them a certificate, have them take a picture with the doctor, and enter their name in a drawing for some extra special prizes.

Though this business has a very high rating I have to report a Billing Fraud alert. The doctor is super warm spending 20 mins with kids for picture etc after a 20 min procedure. Yet that comes with a price, a bill of $465 was sent to me, with a big surpise I went to insurance web and found my liability is only $115. The frontdesk receptionist is not apologitic at all and very rude to deal with. Would not recommend

My sons adore Dr Tamar. My older son looks forward to going for his visits and makes us go see her when we are at the pediatrician in the same building. He says one of the highlights for him during COVID was running into her in the parking lot with Cookie. The staff is so wonderful, too. Truly one of the best office experiences around.

Dr. Tamar is an amazing and very talented dentist. She was professional, patient and kind and my three sons ages 10, 7 and 2 left her office feeling so good and happy (when does that ever happen at the dentist?!). I was really impressed by the team and the overall experience, it was painless and smooth. I strongly recommend Dr. Tamar if you are looking for a talented and awesome dentist for your kids!

We loved Dr. Tamar! She made my 3-year-old son's first visit to the dentist fun and pain free. Dr. Tamar's friendliness put him at ease immediately and it is clear from her efficiency and technique that she is experienced in working with kids. My son now carries his flossers wherever he goes and has asked me when we can go back to Dr. Tamar's office. Thank you for your excellent care!
