Friday 01/17/2020 I had finished a job at 333 west 86th st the penultimate job of the day and everything was fine until I arrived in my truck and with the temperature very low it was very cold and my truck did not want to turn on the battery was dead and I tried to get an outozone in NYC to buy new battery to be able to continue with my work and of course in NYC you can't get an outozone try to look for many options as two car service people gave me a boost but nothing did not work after Two and a half hours I gave up calling my queens mechanic to send me a towing truck and he charged me about

While I was visiting New York me and my friend got stuck on 46th st and 7th ave and we called to like 4 companies and none of them could give us Time when they can come and help us out ;(( the only company that gave us time and stands behind their words was all magic towing ,Moses was great Proffesional driver and at no time we were in great repair shop .
Thank you Moses for helping us with the repair in addition to the tow.

I had car trouble in need of a tow - I called All Magic Towing and Moses was there in under 10 minutes! If you have ever tried to get a tow in Manhattan you will know how amazing that is. He helped me solve an issue with my car, strapped it up and dropped it off at the dealer in Queens. From the time I made the call to the time the tow was complete was less than an hour. I cannot recommend Moses and his coworkers enough. He also made the ride to the dealer very entertaining! 5 Stars.

All Magic was indeed ALL MAGIC! My brother was stuck on the West Side Highway for over 3 hours. His phone died but he called another towing company (wish I knew the name smh) that left him out there! I did a quick google search and I am more than happy I stumbled upon All Magic! They were realistic with their ETA as he was was in touch with me at each step! (hi, we're on our way, hi, we have the car and heading to your mechanic, hi we're on the LIE not too far from your destination) and what put the icing on the cake is that Paul (he's a dream!!!!) told my brother to go home to Staten

My car had an issue with electric component and i had to call a Towing comany so i called to
All magic Towing .
And all of that on a Sunday afternoon - it was a rainy day ( showers)
When i called they were very pleasant to take my call ! - Usually Towing companies are unpleasant to speak with you especially when you need them - from my old experiences.
Mike arrived after 15 min!!!
And after 5 minutes the car was on the tow trcuk . He was way more gentle with my car then I do - a real professional!!
And the price was really cheap flat rate !!
I could have got ripped off with different companies

Please note this is a NEGATIVE review on the basis of one experience with this company:
Contacted the company via telephone in the morning and spoke with Moses. Requested towing of a two wheeled vehicle across NYC. I stated that after a specific time I would NOT be available. He provided me with an approximate time of delivery (midafternoon). He stated that he was already en route to another location.
He picked up the vehicle from its pick up destination.
I arrived at the predetermined location at the approximate time of delivery. I waited for just under two hours. During this interval

Having my motorcycle towed by All Magic was a great experience (except for the fact I needed a tow in the first place, which is another story).
Moses, the owner and driver, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me get my motorcycle on and off the flatbed truck, and after we dropped it off at my mechanic's shop, he gave my girlfriend and I a lift home.
During the ride, we hit some pretty nasty traffic, so Moses pulled over and bought doughnuts and coffee for all of us, so we'd be comfortable during the ride.
I would definitely recommend All Magic to anybody who might need a
