Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
Scheduled for a cross country move, movers supposed to be at the house between 7 and 9 am. At 8:30 received a call saying they had car issues and couldn’t make it. What kind of management doesn’t have people on standby for such instances? Hotels booked for the trip were all messed up and money was lost due to this company.

They stated I would get a call 24/48hours before my move, I never got a call. They never called me the day of the move. I called them after never hearing from them, I was told the movers were have car issues. They ended up sending someone who was not supposed to be working that day and they only did 15minutes of work. They only refunded me $75. I’m still waiting for a call back on how they justified the work they did. I would no recommend them. They should have never charged me for only 15mins of work. My husband and I ended up doing all the unloading from our uhaul truck.

We were in a jam with our move, and had to hire help at the last minute. We hired X Man movers at 2:30 pm on Saturday to unload our 26 foot rental moving truck early the next (Sunday) morning in Prescott Valley. Hiring movers over the Internet was a bit scary - we did not know what to expect.
If we could give them 10 stars, we would. They had the entire truck unloaded in just about an hour. They were very professional, respectful, friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job.
We were also very pleased with Leya, who confirmed the appointment with us and called on Sunday morning to let us

I have used this mover 3X now and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Mo and Kam took care of our things as if they where their own. Only mover I have used that has never broken or damaged our belongings. In the time of COVID they where respectful of space and had masks on the entire move even in the sweltering heat of summer. Top notch A+ other movers should take note.

I was scheduled for moving at noon today, but no one else came. When i called them, they said left their tools so i was kept waiting. I contacted the number again for estimate arriving time, but they are not sure when they can come. After long waiting, the movers just canceled my schedule. The company will waist your time.
