Agent lied nonstop . Would tell my wife one thing and me something else when we weren't together while looking at houses. He would advised us to stay away from 1 house (which was not 1 of his listings) because it might have foundation problems and was constantly trying to get us to look at something that he had listed and could represent both buyer and seller. Was very methodical in hindsight. Even went as far to tell us he really cared about us and didn't want us buy something that was in great need of repairs. Several folks tried to warn us beforehand about the agent but we looked the other Christian
