Jordan and Taylor Moore started in Pest Control in 2011. At that time, Jordan was attending college and thought he was going to be an accountant. The summer of 2011 changed Jordan's and Taylor's life, and made for pest control to be part of 'their' entrepreneurial destiny. Jordan knocked doors in Indianapolis, In., that summer while his wife, Taylor, worked in the office answering phone calls and handling paperwork.

Customer service is horrible!
Customer service rep is extremely combative and argumentive. Takes no responsibility for their mistakes.
We hired them after moving into our new house. We ran into an issue where it rained on the service date, so the service tech would not spray the outside of our home. After a week of no rain and no word from them about coming out to finish the job I called to figure out when they would be coming. Again got greeted with attitude and a "Not my problem approach" from customer service. They scheduled me as a Re-spray for two weeks later. so
