I've worked this industry from bottom to top. After going to college for the necessary certifications in residential, commercial and light industrial service, I worked as a technician. In 2009, I became NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified and then became Master Heat Pump Certified through the Arizona Heat Pump Council in 2011.

I have used Like No Other Air & Heating for two different AC checkups and I highly recommend them! Both people that have come out have been patient with my million of questions, intelligent and they know what they are doing! They will tell you what is absolutely necessary to fix and they will be honest if you don't need anything fixed.

Kris is absolutely incredible. I was referred to him when my 8 year old Trane unit was having issues, and he exceeded every expectation I had. He is very responsive, polite, and clearly not going to take advantage of you in any way. He helped fix my unit, and I referred him to my father who needed a new unit. My father was also extremely impressed with not only his service but his pricing. He was much cheaper than the larger companies. And their install team did an amazing job. Everyone is happy. He is the most trustworthy AC company I have ever come into contact with.

I just had my ac unit replaced. I had several companies come out for estimates. All the companies that came out were complete salesman. Accept for one. Kris with Like No Other Air and Heat! Kris came out the same day I called for an estimate. He also educated my wife and I what was wrong with our old unit. He gave us several options and his… suggestions which was for the basic instead of wanting to sell me the highest and most expensive unit. I trusted Kris immediately and hired him on the spot!! His crew just finished up literally minutes ago and I have heat and ac again! He has no sales

Kris came to our home because we recently moved into a new house and the a/c wasn’t working in some of the bedrooms. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and how to fix said issue the most cost effective way. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. I will be using him again for sure! It is rare these days to come across a business that is run with excellent ethics, customer service AND price. More and more if one of the three points of that triangle exceeds, the others suffer and under deliver. Not so with Like No Other. This is by far the best experience I've had with an A/C company in my 15 years in the valley. They were prompt, explained everything thoroughly, and didn't charge me for things I didn't need. They fixed my issue, but also made sure to take a look at my other units and give me a good estimate on their remaining lifespan so that I can plan on what

Kris came out to save me and my pets at 10 at night when my AC suddenly stopped working. He was kind, courteous, and honest. He had my AC up and working within just a few minutes, replaced a couple parts, and when he didn't have the exact right part, said he would be back the next day to replace it at no charge. And he did come back! They didn't gouge me in services charges (when they certainly could have at 10pm!) or charge a bunch of overhead on the parts. In a world of people doing as little as they can to make as much money as they can, this company is a ray of light.

Amazing service, honest and professional! You cared more about your customers than making a buck! You took the time to figure out the issues and went above and beyond and fixed other issues like our duct work, which was messed up. Thank you! My AC went out and I brought in one of the "big companies" - the "best" quote was for over $2,000 to replace a fan, a switch that had not yet gone bad, and two of their service plans. I sent that guy away. I then remembered hearing a co-worker talk about his HVAC guy - how honest he was, did nothing that was not necessary, good work, etc. It took a few minutes, but I found the contact info and called Kris Adams. I contacted Kris about a on going leak I had that for the past 4 months. He came by and went into the attic, then went up on the roof and sealed everything that he could. He then had me spray water on the roof area for quite some time, then went back into the attic to see if there were any leaks, and I'm glad to say that there weren't any! Did I mention that I just had my roof replaced last year and that my roofer NEVER went this far looking for the leak!!! Kris was very straight forward and very knowledgeable. I will be using him for all my AC work from now on.
