Alcohol and snacky type things. The Sorena is very modern and has most everything you will need. Breakfast/Brunch is at around 10:30-11:00 so if you need something in the morning, you can pick up at the store. As soon as guests are picked up, we will head directly to the grocery store. This is to pick up sundry items as most food and beverage is included in the retreat price.

I am a late 20s woman who was one a trip to Maui with a friend. We had done quite a few hikes and were pretty sore, so we were looking for a perfect lazy day activity that would allow for a great stretch and unwind.
We booked our drop-in class for $20 through the Mindbody app and were provided with a mat, block, bolster and blanket upon arrival to the studio. It was a small daytime class so our instructor, Amy, catered the class to our needs which was wonderful. It was truly such a great experience and we went for a walk along the water right across the street once the class was done. Highly recommend

Amy Lohr, she is who we see for reiki.... it's been so massive for me. The blocks cleared and I literally felt like I was put in a catapult basket and for days after was soaring through the new raised awareness that I thought was science fiction. Meaning energy is real, vibes are real, and when we open up to feeling it all... wow Amy is truly gifted.

Not rating the class (I did not take class here) but posting here as a warning to those who are pandemic conscious:

This studio is not limiting in person class sizes, and literally nobody in the class I signed up for this morning had a mask on.

I purchased the visitor pass thinking it would be great to keep up with my practice on vacation, assuming that the typical health & safety guidelines would be followed. They offer virtual classes as well but my condo doesn't have adequate wifi and I've been enjoying in person yoga since being vaccinated and my home studio's reopening

I have been going to Maui Yoga Loft for a couple of years now and I highly recommend this studio. There is a variety of different classes and time slots available, and the yoga studio has a beautiful view of Haleakala. They offer morning, evening, and even live streaming sessions. The studio is very clean and all of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. If you are new, I highly recommend you get the initial $45-$55 unlimited pass for your first month so you can try all of the classes to see which are your personal favorites and benefit you the most. I’m very grateful I found MYL. ðŸ

I found Maui Yoga Loft and Wellness while on holiday. I had a muscle spasm in my back and was desperate to fix it. Tracy was very helpful, informative and as a beginner, she helped me sign up for the right classes. I signed up for classes for the week and after a couple classes, my muscle spasm was gone. The studio is clean, equipped, with a lovely view and great instructors. I've tried other yoga studios since but none of them compared to this one!

This place rocks. Tons of classes and at good times. The instructors are nice and down to earth. There's ample parking and they offer promotional packages. It also has a good location if you need to grab a bite or beer after. If you are trying out yoga to improve stretching, stamina etc.....try this place as it's not hardcore....very chill and you don't get yelled at if you don't know child's pose....

I have been to many Yoga Studios across Europe and on the island of Maui but Tracey and her team at Maui Yoga Loft and Wellness exceeded all experiences and expectations! I particularly enjoy Tracey's classes as they are typically longer than the 90 minute classes she offers with lots of different body parts being addressed. She always asks if anyone has any problems they'd like to address before starting her session. She will walk around and help you with your poses. Since she is also a wonderful massage therapist, she knows the body well which in return really helps with the yoga. If

Best yoga studio on Maui :-) Tracy is an awesome teacher, who will respect your level but also challenge you to new heights. Other teachers are great as well and there's a wide variety of courses for all levels and at convenient times. If you're on the south side and looking for a good studio, this is the place to go!

I've practiced at Maui Yoga Loft since it opened and before that, practiced at Tracy's studio for years. I appreciate having options for strong classes, restorative, and everything in between. The teachers are experienced and professional. They have helped me grow and develop my practice, which has brought me strength and healing of injuries.

Positive: Quality
Maui Yoga Loft and Wellness has a great variety of yoga classes, and teachers. The studio is specious, clean and well stocked with equipment and particularly now with Covid 19 there is disinfectant available both on entering the hall and the yoga room. Always cheerful, helpful and clean is their motto and it's true.

I have done 3 classes with 3 different instructors, and each have been excellent! The teachers are very knowledgeable and they make you feel welcome with a friendly greeting when entering the studio. In addition, the location is very central and the studio has a very positive vibe / good energy. Through the windows of the studio, you can see Haleakala - which is nice to focus on when practicing. Tracy, the owner, offers a very reasonable price structure and made it simple for me sign-up for my first month trial membership.

The yoga is good but be careful of being put on the autopay program. The owner was not clear about this and I was charged for 8 months of yoga when I was not even on the island. I only received partial back after a lengthy battle which she was quite aggressive. A lack of authenticity is apparent.

This yoga studio was a great discovery. The studio has some of the best views overlooking Haleakala, and it's super clean and airy. Tracy's class was the best, with a serious approach that also gives you a good workout. She's been practicing yoga on the island for 20 years and her experience really shows. We also took another relaxing yoga class that was great. The studio also offers amazing massages from therapists who know their craft well at a reasonable price. If you are on the South side and looking to do yoga (or get a massage), look no further. Highly recommend!

I'm on vacation for a few days and this was my first time trying Yoga and I loved it! I immediately felt welcomed from calling to ask for more info to showing up for classes. I've been having pain in my neck and hand and was recommended to take classes from Juliet. She is wonderful, so attentive and gentle. I loved how helpful and friendly she is as well as the other people attending the classes.

I've been going to Maui Yoga loft on and off for years. Every time I visit I do my best to stop in for a class. The instructors are ALL the best of the best and you will not be disappointed. They also have massage therapists and other wellness therapies on top of their yoga classes. I can not say enough about how much I love Maui Yoga Loft. I highly recommend a yoga class and a massage by any of their therapists. It will be one of the highlights of your trip!

I visited this studio for a Sunday morning class while on holiday vacation in Kihei. The class was great, really got me into my practice while away from my home studio. The community there was warm and welcoming -- they treated me like a temporary member of their family. The studio has mats available for travelers like me to use.

I also really enjoyed the physical space of the studio. It was very clean, and the windows looked out onto the gorgeous, lush tropical plant life that grows vibrantly on Maui. It's a great spot to practice, and I invite you to give it a try.

I hate that "new kid on the first day of school" feeling. So walking into a yoga class when I'm not only new to the studio, but a visiter from out of town can feel... awkward. But, from the moment I walked into Maui Yoga Loft, I felt like I was at home! It's not just the teachers that welcome you with a huge smile and caring questions about any particular issues you may be working with, but it's the laughs you'll share as a group while you practice, and the sunlight that trickles through the big tree-filled windows, and the general energy of the space itself that makes

I have taken a few classes with Juliet. This is exactly the type of class I have been looking for.
Gentle yoga and restorative. Each class has been better and better. I have gotten relief from my hip flexor and psoas. She is kind and knowledgeable and fun. When I leave I feel stronger and relaxed.

Juliet is super!!!!!!
