Had accident in front part of car and was referred to Urbano's
as a place that would do a good job at a reasonable price as I
didn't want to go thru insurance. Best reference ever! I also
had hit my car other places and it looked pretty scrappy. Luis
took one look at it, gave me a price to fix it up - all of it - and
not only was the price perfect but the finished product was
better than when I first bought it. You cannot go wrong with
taking your car to Urbano's. Also, the office staff are really
great.!!

Initially I was happy but after having my car back I have noticed a lot of mess ups. I took my car in for a full paint job. First time I went to pick it up one of the badges was put on backwards. They didn't put my weather strips on properly and they flew off on the freeway. They didn't paint under front bumper and didn't notice it until weeks later and it's peeling. There was a dent that was supposed to have been fixed on the drivers door by the window and instead they put plastic cover it. It wasn't noticeable until now, the dent is still there. This is the first time I have written a review. I took my vehicle to Urbanos to be painted. They told me it would be a week to get the job done. It actually took close to two months before they where finished. The paint job turned out very nice, however every time I have my vehicle wash the paint keeps coming off. I asked for touch up paint and Luis gave me the wrong color touch up paint. Now I have to find another place to fix the paint that has been washed away. Oh well, next time I need to do my research a little better. I probably could have had a better job done at Earl Schieb or 1 day paint

Luis did a great job on my car. The sun ruined the paint on my hood , trunk and roof. I wanted only those parts painted. But he also did the side rear on both sides, that wasn't part of his quote! What a surprise. I was very happy and feel like I can drive my car without being embarrassed.
The color came out beautiful. His price was much lower than other quotes in the area. He had it for 2.5 days instead of 10 days someone else quoted me.

I'm giving more than 1 star because the previous vehicles were good for the most part other than a ton of overspray that was easily cleaned up. Cheap paint jobs get cheap prepping. We brought over a few vehicles in our fleet actually. It's just really hard to get them to call you back. I brought the last truck in there to get a quote for some damage done and Luis took pictures promising to give me a call. I didnt hear back for over a week, the phone rang until their full voicebox denied me and I just went back there in person. I stood around for a half hour while he was running 100 different ways

Luis is great . I took in a 2015 Mustang in to remove a spoiler the previous owner put on. So they had to repair holes on the trunk and paint it . It was a quick turn around and great price !! It looked amazing! I couldn't tell any imperfections. Great work and fair prices. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Luis from Urbano's did an excellent job on my car. I am a repeat customer because of the great level of service that I receive here. All the work is masterfully done and he also cleaned and detailed my car. Feel like it's brand new again and erased all damage from my accident. I would highly recommend Urbano's and Luis to anyone who needs their car's body to be fixed. Super happy with Luis he did such a great job he went above and beyond, truly great full for all his work I brought my chevy Tahoe in and it needed a lot of work, had a bunch of dents around the truck and also needed a full body paint job and I was amazed at how new my truck looked and not only that but he detailed my interior and cleaned up my engine! I left his shop in almost a brand new truck. I really recommend this place!
