After seeing such great work done in our area by Pace Design, we knew we had to have them to work on our home. We had a remodel of two bathrooms and we were not disappointed. Tim gave us such great input and help to design them both and he did not disappoint us. They are beautiful and we are so happy with the results. Excellent work he has hard workers they arrive on time and they do a great job , my house was modified for handicap accessible due to my husband's illness and I am more than happy on the outcome . He also is contracted with the VA for veterans who are having difficulty and needing a modification to their home . If you need them to return for any problem he's right on it and you don't have to keep calling him like other contractors who once they're paid you never see them again , so anybody who hires Pace design will be very pleased with their work.

I have used the team at Pace Design and Construction for a variety of projects over the past several years. They have not disappointed. The projects were started promptly and completed on time. The crew is very clean and does a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I have used them for a bathroom remodel, installation of flooring, along with several smaller, odd jobs such as ceiling fan installation, electrical work, plumbing fixes, etc. I would highly recommend them for your project!

Tim is currently remodeling my house. If you are looking for true "professionalism" you have found the right company. Tim has been personally involved in every aspect of my remodel, he stays on top of every phase and no detail is too small. Educated as an architect he can start with blueprints through the last nail being hammered.
