There are so many positive things to say. Erin is an estimator with Danny Myers. Over the years Erin has helped me with repairs. This week my front bumper came loose (thank you to those concrete parking barriers) so I went by to see Erin. I was upset due to the circumstances. She assured me that this occurred all the time and it was drivable and they could fix it. (I was worried it would fall off my car.) I called this morning, swung by and it's now repaired.
Erin has a calm reassuring demeanor, but very professional at her job.

Used Danny Myer several times in the past for minor fender-benders and was satisfied but when my Jeep Wrangler needed a repair after being hit in the rear end and sustaining $9K worth of damage used Danny Myer again. I was not pleased this time.
South Pointe Jeep/Chevrolet did the axle and wheel base repairs which took several weeks then sent my Wrangler over to DM. DM did a nice job on the dents -so maybe I should give 3 stars instead of 2 - but it was the woman manager (forget her name) who really made me mad.
Issue was this - Danny Myer told me they could not replace my back tire rack with

WARNING: I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give 1/4 star. This company was chosen to repair and paint my car. My insurance company paid them in advance and now my car is two colors instead of one because they refuse to match the paint. What they did paint was poor quality on the doors. My husband called it dry shot.
There was nothing wrong with the hood, the parts they replaced need to be painted correctly, yet they are going to now screw up my hood.
In addition, the manager MIKE BYRD was rude to both myself and my husband.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

My car got hit by a hailstorm last April, putting about 100 marble sized dings in it causing $5,000 in damage. The staff was extremely nice and made the experience very easy. The gentlemen that examined my car and gave the quote (can't remember his name ) seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and clearly explained what we needed to do. I took my 2014 Nissan Frontier for repair and re-paint around front windshield frame due to a local glass company damaging my vehicle during a new windshield installation. I picked up my vehicle Aug 15, 2018. I received my truck not cleaned up with painters tape and areas not buffed where there was repaint. They reinstalled the damaged window back in my truck. The window still had dead bug goo on it, finger smudges, black silicone glue? No person ever offered to walk around my vehicle with me after I picked up my vehicle? Who is supervising the repair when done and giving the okay to return to

Very disappointed in the repairs! Our car left the body shop obviously still in need of repair. Erin stated she "had her guys look at it & everything was okay". So we took it to a trusted auto mechanic to find out our muffler was still bent & not in the correct place. When we fought on our own with the insurance company, we were told by Erin "they will pay for all the labor fees but not the muffler as they're taking betterment". I'm sorry but if my car left your shop still in need of repair & your guys said it was "okay"; then you should repair

I brought my vehicle in for a repair to my rear bumper. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and I drove off their lot. I heard rubbing noise as soon as I drove off the lot. That indicates the noise was due to their repair. I called them on this. They are refusing to make subsequent repairs. While I am not the expert, it is evident this sound was due to their work, as confirmed by other body shops. General manager Mike went so far as to admit they "need to retrain our technicians to make a better diagnosis." They have lost my respect and my business.

I had my new truck repaired back in 2005. I still own it to this day and look at the miss-matched paint and see the taped off lines around the vehicle badges daily. The hood has never fitted correctly since they "fixed" it.
This shop claims to be the best. They destroyed and left clips that held my passenger side door interior panel secure, broken.
My boss was building a house for Danny at the time, and believe me.... he wanted everything to be perfect! He drove that guy crazy over that stupid house.

Poor craftsmanship and even worse attention to detail. I took my Dodge Ram here. They kept it a month. When I got it back, it was filthy. Somehow they even managed to get paint on the inside drivers window. I had the back of my truck fixed due to a rear end collision.
They had all sorts of paint trash in the bed of my pick up. They had pieces of masking tape all over my truck. They didn't even clean the fluids off my truck from the other vehicle, where they painted it. Somehow they lost a lug nut. I had an alignment done by them as well. At least they claim to have done one. I highly doubt

This company did a poor job on my SUV.
Tried to screw me out of my paying my deductible. Took twice as long to complete repairs . Poor quality work. Have taken back twice to resolve wind noise in drivers window only to be told they could not hear any noises. should spend less on fancy radio ads and more on fixing vehicles the right way....

I brought my 2011 Nissan Juke to Danny Myers per recommendation from an an acquaintance. My Juke was in an auto collision (other driver's fault). Both drivers side doors had to be completely replaced, and there was some denting to the frame.
Danny Myers matched the paint color and seemed to seal the doors right. That's about all I can say.
There are parts of the frame that Danny Myers didn't paint (perhaps they assumed I wouldn't look at the frame, just the doors). There is a new scratch on my driver side view mirror. There is paint overspray on the plastic outside accent
