I was stuck in the middle of the uphill country roadside very close to a creek WHOLE NIGHT！can't get out of the snow by myself. they're not 24hrs but open at 8am so I called somebody else that i can find on Google but all of them are customer service operate which kept me explain again and again kept me on the phone but wait for nothing. Ended up with nobody want to take my order at 2 am in a snowing night even I willing to pay a good price. So I wait till 7:50 called and a man picked up. He's absolutely local guy and very professionally asking me just couple questions to get to know my situation

Glen and staff saved the day for me. Original tow guy, "next in the rotation" refused to take credit or debit card. He also refused to take my car an hour away to my mechanic. These guys paid him for me or else I would have had to drive 2 hrs, just to get my car off his property so he wouldn't start with storage fees. THANKS AGAIN.

My car broke down this morning in the worst spot ever w my 8 month old in the car called Approved towing they were there super fast and they got my car and my kid off the side of the road quick Corey was super nice polite and efficient parked my car on the side of the garage the bf works on I would never have thought of that !

Left my keys last night in my E400. Logged into my Geico app and filled out some roadside assistance questions. Geico approved it and located this provider in minutes. I was extremely disappointed by you. You left the scene and did not even try to jack up my trailer to change the blown up tire saying because it is the trailer and it was not covered and that the trailer was too heavy. The insurance was telling me that it was covered. You were asking me $150 plus tax to change a tire. I agreed. You still ran away. Regardless you should not have left the scene. Another company called Eagle was dispatched by my insurance company and they did the job in no time and the trailer lifted easily and the tire was changed and it was covered by insurance. You need to remember

Approved Towing is as good as it gets. We were in a side swipe accident on July 1, 2018 at approximately 7:15 AM in Milford , New York, that took out the entire drivers side including the both rims and the rear suspension which was laying on the ground. Approved towing came to rescue in two ways, the first being there to tow our rental car from in the middle of Main street. The second was going beyond the call of duty by driving us out of his way to our destination, which helped us be with our grandson and his family.
