We can take care of any of your commercial painting needs, whether you need to refresh the interior or exterior of your facility. Paint on your brick or windows is unacceptable! Our careful workers will protect landscaping, masonry, windows, shingles, fixtures and all other surrounding surfaces with plastic sheeting, drop cloths, tape and paper where necessary. Windows will be cleaned upon completion.
Once your home is clean, all new and exposed surfaces must be primed to promote adhesion of the new topcoat, prevent tannin bleed through on new wood, and ensure a smooth, long lasting finish.Loose caulk will be removed, replaced, and the entire home re-caulked including windows and doors. Applying a premium acrylic latex caulk prior to painting will help prevent rainwater from penetrating the exterior of the home.

At Heritage CNY, our crews are experts at repairing cracks, water stains, and sheetrock damage. Our goal is to make it look like it never happened. Furniture will be moved to the center of the room, and flooring, furniture and fixtures will be covered with clean, new plastic sheeting and thick builder's paper.

Pete and his team did an amazing job on our home. We had them paint the entire exterior and deck in addition to the interior main floor and all second floor bedrooms. They paid special attention to wood and wall repairs, painted the chair rail and were exceptionally neat and thorough in their cleanup. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any other painting needs we have.

Baldwinsville, NY - I had the team from Heritage paint my entire exterior and the two story foyer inside my home during the 4th of July week. They were exceptional. This is my first time hiring a painter, but I was delighted that I chose Heritage. The job was extremely neat and fast, none of my property inside or outside was damaged at all.
