Proper winterization of your swimming pool is very important, as damage can range from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars when done improperly.

I have used mikes pool service for 1.5 seasons (3 times) and I figured the bad reviews would catch up eventually. They never answer the phone and do not come when you have a appointment. My opening was just done this week and the tech was so rude i couldn’t even ask him a question. In and out in 20 min. Wouldn’t put my cover in my shed, the SAFTEY bars on the shallow entrance are not secured and loose. The chlorinator is crooked and the tech told me if he straightens it out then it’s leaking. This was brand new last year. Told me he would have to send another crew back to fix the plumbing

It seems like everyone that leaves reviews, always leaves negative reviews. This company handles thousands of pools but nobody ever leaves good reviews. They only leave bad reviews. I have had a great experience with this company. Mike the owner is great. Always willing to help when you have an issue. They go above and beyond. One of the service guys Tyler is extremely informative and is always looking to help and improve your summer experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company has continually let me down over the past few years. Broken promises, minimal communication and shoddy service. Instead of focusing on the quality of their work, or their reputation, or the satisfaction of the customer, all they care about is your money, as they will nickel and dime you to death until you finally cut them loose, leaving you feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I hired this company they came out took my cover off let all the leaves fall in the pool hooked up my filter and left several days later pool is still green they came back and said yeah it will be green if you don’t get the leaves out well this is why i hired them to come clean and set up my pool. They charge me $200 for basically 20 minutes of work. Extremely disappointed I didn’t want to even give one start.

Two years ago I hired Mike's Swimming Pool Service to remarblize my inground pool, and purchased a new cover for it. For the service and cover, I spent over $15,000. I was not happy with the quality of their remarblizing work because the steps of the pool were uneven and rough but I didnt make an issue of it. Foolishly, I continued to use them, believing he would make things right with my continued business, and had them open up the pool again this summer. We confirmed that the chemistry of the pool was perfect, but shortly after the pool was opened, brown staining appeared on the marble dusting
