Travis was a great inspector. Very thorough and thoughtful. Took time to explain himself. Seemed to take the perspective as if he were buying the house for himself, so you know what are priorities and what aren't as big of a deal. Travis did an amazing job explaining his inspection of the property and did a very detailed walk through and report for us.

Travis and Dina at tracker home inspection were friendly ad professional. They gave me an excellent and very detailed home inspection plus affordable solution suggestions. I was very nervous as a first time home buyer, but my fears were eliminated by this helpful service. I will definitely use them again on my next home purchase. Great price and service 👍

Tracker Home Inspection & Consulting did my Home Inspection 8 years ago! My house was a diamond in the rough on the interior, but I'm grateful Travis looked at it for me rather than I walked away. The house needed some TLC, but the bones were solid. AND I will tell you 8 years later this is a solid little home!! Travis was able to explain a few things that needed addressed to keep things in solid order. The rest was just elbow grease to clean up and spruce up, that was all that it needed! Disclaimer: I am Travis' Ex-wife!! When it comes to my house questions or concerns he is top notch in knowledge

Travis with Tracker Home Inspection & Consulting started out helping with my Radon Mitigation on a house I was selling, he did a great job (the system looked great). Which led to a Home Inspection on my house I purchased. He was so easy to work with and his communication skills on the Home Inspection findings were great and easy to understand. A report was also provided, but the walk through is very informational and both the report and walk through are understandable. You could tell he loved what he does.
