With a variety of properties in Kalispell and Whitefish we are sure to have what you need! Income Qualification: Verifiable monthly income of at least 3 times the amount of monthly rent. Multiple applicants of the same dwelling may use their combined income to qualify. Debt to income ratio of 35% or lower.

Highly suspect of the Kalispell office representatives. Very poor communication. They waited until almost a month past our move out date to answer a question directly correlated to what we could receive back on our deposit. I've asked a question for over a month and have yet to receive an answer form Lindsey Parker. Very poor experience. If you don't want to get swindled, don't use Crown Property Management.

The new management is professional and handle problems well. Our last property managers (rainbow property management in Billings) were straight up crooks. So we were trepidatious about how things would go here. Our move out was simple, fair, and while we were tenants our experience with Shannon was one I hope all tenants have.

Rented an apartment in Whitefish and Shannon was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, honest, and most importantly, FAIR. For anyone looking to rent a place in the valley, you’d be in good hands with Shannon/Crown. They know their responsibilities, they follow the law, and they take good care of you. My wife and I moved across the country only to find out our apartment with another company was not up to par. We contacted Shannon from Crown Property Management in a panic at 9:00 am and she was able to get us into our apartment the same day by 6:00 pm. She was kind, helpful and incredibly hardworking to help us get into our apartment as soon as humanly possible. She got us into our home a day sooner than we thought and worked extra hard to get us in sooner so that we didn't have to pay for a hotel. Thank you Shannon!

Crown Property Management is an extremely well organized property management company run by its owner Shannon McNamee. I have a condo in Columbia Falls at Columbia Crest that Shannon Manages. She has hired very competent employees who really care about the work they do for all Crown Property clients. They go over and above on any concerns I have ever had in my condo! Shannon is very prompt on getting back to me and very thorough in keeping everyone updated on anything and everything that concerns my building.She also helps me with VRBO when I am gone for the summer and has done a great job with

I hired Shannon Mcnamee and her team at Crown Property Management to do the interior design and rental management of 5 newly constructed vacation rental cabins. Her attention to detail in the furnishings of the cabins was impeccable and her standards for cleanliness with her staff have been beyond my expectations. She has the ability to provide a fantastic and smooth rental experience by seeing it through the eyes of a guest.
