Marc is an amazing real estate agent. In this incredibly tough housing market, he showed us several houses and correctly identified the type of house that suited my family the best. Through his real estate contacts, he became aware of a home that had been under contract, but the buyer was struggling with financing. We went to see the house and it fit our needs so well. The second the financing fell through, we put in an offer that was accepted. The house never even relisted on Zillow, which made it easier to have our offer accepted. Closing was three weeks later. We are so happy with our home.

I'm receiving unsolicited mail inquiring about my daughters property after she was killed in an accident. My son has taken over the title, so the property is NOT for sale - yet we continue to receive mail from Marc Huntington. I'm sure he is nice to work with, but I don't care (nor do any other members of my family) to receive unsolicited offers to buy my property or home. If I ever do decide to sell, I will reach out.
