When call to request the service for general repair, the person who answered the phone responded to you that I am not interesting immediately, I was really surprised that attitude, so unprofessional. I don’t know why, it because the work is not big enough ? If so, at least listening what customers wants first then you can answer yes or no. I don’t understand what kinds of business model they have. Maybe… if your request is a small job, they don’t want to take it. But remember, small job can lead to a big job. This should be the way building customers retention. What a disappointing call
