Very unhappy at the lack of communication and response time. Every time not just once. The employees do not value the customer or their time. I've been left on hold for over 45 minutes. Everytime I have called I been placed on hold or they don't answer. I leave messaged with no return call. I showed up during business hours and no one was there no for over an hour. I usually have to reach out personally to the owner to finally get some assistance and Frankly that's frustrating that I have to get to that point. The owner Is a great person but the employees are failing his company and sadly it reflects
