Titan did a completely replaced & relocation of our HVAC system to the attic of our townhome in about 4 days, replacing the unit from the 1970's. Great crew and work ethic! We had them back to replace a bad batch of thermostats and to perform a the annual service. They have been kind and professional each visit we have had.

In May 2020 Titan replaced my whole system from thermostat to ducting and everything in between - in two days. Robert and Ryan were professional, efficient, fast and friendly. I’m very happy with my new system as it has almost double the air flow of my old system, cools quickly and is quiet inside and out. Robert and Ryan kept everything clean, covering floors and vacuuming the area at the end of each day. I highly recommend Titan Air Conditioning to do your air/heating job.

We returned late last night from vacation and our adult son (who is physically disabled and needs AC) notified us that the AC unit went out on Friday.
We called on Saturday and got a quick response that we might be able to have same day service and then within 2-hours, Matthew was en route.
Matthew was very thorough, professional and explained all of our options including a repair, a new unit in the same place and the benefits of relocating and new duct work to increase the air flow. This is very important to us since our son's bedroom always seems to be the warmest room in the house. As a result

I cannot say enough about this company they are great! Best service I have ever experienced for home maintenance/service. Great communication and not one time did I get the impression that they didn't have my best interest at heart. They were timely, professional, and did great quality work. Had Titan Air change out my almost 40 year old furnace and AC unit end of 2020. Mark was more than patient with me. He came out to put in a bid and it took me a bit of time to get comfortable to decide on what to do. It's a big investment and not a decision I can make quickly. Throughout the process, I didn't feel pressured by Mark but he answered all of my questions no matter how random they were. The Titan team was great to work with and we are enjoying the wonderful AC. Mark, the owner, helped us out with the planning process. The process was relaxed and stressed-free. Our system was very old and had not been updated for more than 30 years. Our house also just added an additional room and extended out the house so Mark's recommendation and considerations were spot on. The project took place during the pandemic, in which they accommodated safety precautions as needed. Titan's employee, Chris, was with us the whole project. He took care of us the whole time. They took the time to walk us through each element of the project and explain what the options and benefits of each were. Once the project started, they worked diligently to complete their work with the highest of quality, keeping us updated on their progress.
