Carpet Cleanse was responsive and professional when I reached out. They were able to get the pet stain and odor out of a unique chair cushion, I was thrilled that I didn't have to replace the chair entirely!! Would highly recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

Carpet Cleanse is amazing. This is the second time I’ve had them out for both regular cleaning and to eliminate pet stain/odor and they did a great job each time. They’re friendly, communicative, affordable and get the job done. As you can see in the photo, not a stain in sight once they’re done!

Highly recommend these guys. Our home is 11 years old and the carpet had seen some life as both the previous owner, and us, had dogs. Not to mention the occasional social gathering where a drink or two may or… may not have got spilled. These guys were perfect for the job and able to lift some of those stains that our Hoover PowerDash just could not handle. They were able to service our home on very short notice and had it looking like 2010 again for an open house happening this upcoming weekend. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate for carpet cleaning. They gave me a staggered quote and did not pressure me to choose a particular option. They were kind and professional.
On the day of service, I received a text to let me know of their scheduled arrival time and who would be providing the service. They were quick and efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others and will definitely use them again for any carpet cleaning needs.

The guys from Carpet Cleanse were prompt and very customer oriented. One of our bedroom carpets is 10 years old they brought new life to that old carpet. They put barriers up against our furniture and wall corners to protect them from damage. They treated our home like it was their own. We have recommended them to our friends who will be contacting them. Mark and Anthony did a great job !!!
