All roofing companies are not the same! Bree took my call on a Wednesday, scheduled a repair for Monday at 10:30. Gentleman showed up at 10:30, made repairs per my request, job completed. These people understood the need for my request and completed the job perfectly. If needed, I will use them again and I hope you do too!

Conventional Builders were so easy to work with! 24 hours after sending in a request for a quote we had it back in our hands. Upon receipt of the quote we compared it against other local companies and found CB to offer the best price and value. Within 3 weeks our roof was being torn off and replaced! The crew showed up at 7 am and we’re completely finished, packed up and on their way by 2:00. I was amazed at how quick and efficient the crew was and equally amazed at how clean the yard was! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful roof at a great cost

Tim was very professional in preparing all information for replacing our roof, working with insurance adjuster in timely way and a competitive market. The team that did the roofing were efficient , hard working , cleaned everything up , polite, worked hard to do the roof in one day .
Also, Tim provided a reasonable phased approach and options for a screened porch repair/ remodel. The work ensured the porch was safe , new flooring , new skylights, and we are very happy to be able to use the porch again !
We would highly recommend Tim and his team .

Tim and the team were very responsive when we had an issue. He met with our adjuster and myself. He replaced the entire roof. Work was timely and good quality. The workers did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Contacted Tim at Conventional Builders when a random company knocked on my door to check my roof for hail damage.
Conventional Builders has assisted me in the past so I contacted Tim and he was happy to stop by and inspect my roof.
Damage was found, insurance contacted and Tim was there every step of the way even meeting with the adjuster and never missing a beat.
During install more damage was found, I was advised and that was fixed as well.
Tim and his crew were punctual, professional and left my yard nice and clean.
Hope to not need anything anytime soon, but if I do - I will certainly

We are very pleased with our new roof installed by Conventional Builders. We received quotes from multiple roofers, and CB was the best price and most straight forward to work with. The other companies had pushy salespeople, while CB was friendly with no sales pressure. When the install day arrived, the crew did a great job. They cleaned up well, worked hard all day, and left with the job done on day one. Thanks!
