The last couple of years, I have had some really bad experiences with optometrists. Incorrect prescriptions, mismatched contact lenses etc. So I decided to change optometrists this year and super glad I came here! I have struggled badly with contacts since I moved back to SA in 2015. The Dr (I forget her name ☹) recommended some allergy drops to use prior to putting in my contacts and I can finally wear contacts longer than an hour lol The staff has been very friendly, the frames I found are just badass (Dragon DR5008 frames) and I'm really enjoying the newest iteration of transition lenses.

I had new glasses made and I selected PUMA frames. When I received the glasses I found them loose. Several times they fell down on the floor -- once in the restroom when I tilted my head down. I went to the store and two associates assisted me Rose & Alex.While adjusting the frame, they broke the frame and so they ordered new frames. I repeatedly told them to PLEASE order a smaller frame this time. I even emailed them to emphasis that the new frames should be smaller.

This place was absolutely amazing 🔥🔥🔥 🔥🔥 I literally left laughing from conversation from the employees and Dr. Williamson was amazing and knowledgeable at her job and highly recommend her! The selection of glasses was perfect and the sanitization of the touched demos made me feel safe and the social distancing guidelines were followed perfectly. Of all the business I’ve been to in my life this has been by FAR the best. I would provide pics but what is already there is pretty sufficient!

First off I love Dr. Fox, I had the pleasure
of meeting her a couple years ago. She is so easy to talk with and very detailed in her examinations and takes time with her patients.
Customer service is the best! Rosemarie, has been there a very long time . Well most of their staff are career people at Jackson and Lujan. Today I went in with my son's glassed he accidentally broke them, they're no longer under warranty. He is severely nearsighted and I just couldn't afford to buy new glasses. Rosemarie took her time to find him some new temples installed them and in no time we were on our way. Thank

They USED to be so helpful and staff was awesome, I just went back after 5 years and they were so HORRIBLE! They told me to contact my doctor myself if I wanted but they were too busy after waiting over an hour. Clarissa was talking over me and just plain rude! I would rate them no stars if I could. I Definitely will not be returning. 👎

Waited longer than would’ve liked however the staff is kinda and friendly. I got my eyes examined by Dr.Williamson she’s the best! She talked with me and answered any questions I had about any concepts relating to eyes and answered happily, and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend they service. I’ll come back for sure.

This place was the best place in San Antonio. I have no idea what happened but the employees have gotten so EXTREMELY rude. This will be the last time I ever use my insurance here again. My daughter I went to get her contacts twice both times they were closed for the holidays which I understand. The next weekend I went to pick up her contacts and the lady at the front desk very rudely told me NO. My daughter went to pick up her contacts today and they very rudely told her "duh they have been closed for the holidays" then said if we don't come together in the next 2 weeks WE have to pay a $20.00
