We dealt with Mr. Hassan and things went well up to the time the wood flooring job was completed. We felt the finish was poor and Mr. Hassan sent over the workers who hurriedly swept/polished the floor in 10 minutes and departed. Sloppy polish. A few days later I discovered that some tiles on the edge of the wood floor had cracked and one of the wood edges was loose. I called Mr. Hassan who was very unhappy that I called again; I explained that you don't see all defects immediately and surely the warranty was valid for more than 5 days ! He promised he would come early the following week; he didn

We had a wood floor installed 6 years ago and it is awesome. So we went back without shopping around when we decided to get carpet done. Carpet install team was excellent and carpet looks good. The issue is the amount of time it’s taken to get it installed because of the salesman Alex. He is terrible at follow thru. We were having them do the stairs as well, and Alex has been horrible at planning the work. Just called today and cancelled the work. Probably over $5000 dollars of stair work. While Colony flooring may be good, I’d stay away from Alex. Ask for someone else. Just read another bad
