I got stranded on the road due to my car leaking out coolant everywhere so I needed a tow home. Brandon Melendez came way sooner than the estimated time given. He is a very great person willing to help anyone out very quick! I felt very comfortable and was very happy and I appreciated how he was concerned about the situation and making sure that me and my car get off the road towards home safe. Brandon Melendez towed my wife's car for me just this morning & was extremely kind & quick. i was told by AAA a tow truck would be coming in an hour & he showed up not even 20 minutes later and was very nice & even put on a mask without me asking him to. I followed him to the automotive shop & he held the door for me as i came up which i thought was sweet of him. If I ever have the need to get another tow, I certainly hope I have the pleasure of working with Brandon again.

Brandon Melendez was the tow driver who worked with me today. He is very professional, texted me with updates on arrival - and arrived early. He was at the car before I was - he wasn’t bothered that I was late. I would totally recommend Brandon and Ogden Auto Towing.

Brandon Melendez took my horrible start to the day snd completely turned it around. He was helpful and kept me informed at all times. His primary focus was keeping me safe snd comfortable (since it was 22 degrees outside!). He checked tire pressure in all my tires before finishing and made sure I was safely on my way before leaving. I can’t say enough about his positive helpful attitude. Brandon Melendez was great! AAA not so much. AAA said it would take over 400 minutes (over 6.5 hours) for a tow truck to get to me and that was after being on the phone with them foe an hour in a snow storm in my truck that would not start. I had to take a lyft home and planed on taking an other back to my truck once I got word from AAA a toe truck was on its way. Brandon called to say he was on his way just after i finally made it home. he told me not to worry about meeting him out there he would be able to toe to me. that was a great relief not having to go back out in the snow and risking something

Really can’t say enough about my tow-truck driver, Brandon Melendez. He was punctual (actually ahead of schedule, which was fantastic), professional, skilled and capable, and just a genuinely nice and cool guy. An all around great experience. My car broke down unexpectedly (is there any other way?) on the freeway. I put in the request online and Tom showed up within 10 minutes! He was extremely courteous and expressed concern for my well being.
The truck was clean and well maintained. Tom towed the car to our desired location and dropped the car swiftly.
The way Tom treated me and my car was exceptional. Highly recommend Ogden Auto.

Unfortunately my tire no longer had the will to live anymore and needed to be changed. I called AAA and within minutes of waiting received a very kind call from Scotty at Ogden Auto Towing confirming my address and giving me an ETA.
Scotty arrived right on time, changed my tire quickly, and professionally. I would definitely recommend Scotty for all my car towing and tire needs!

Worst experience I have ever had with ANY business. Bullying, threats if I didn't pay, even though I had a receipt stating I had paid through the road side assistance, refusal to acknowledge that they were wrong and finally just flat out hanging up on me. Claim was submitted to have them removed from the roadside assistance. These people can go to hell and rot there for all I care. I hope they get hit by a damn bus.

Great service!! At 2am while passing though in our class C Motorhome we had problems with our alternator. I had my wife and mother in law (93) and grand daughter (11) and we were stuck on the side of the road north of town. They kept in touch while coming to get us, sent two tow units, one for the four of us and one for the RV. They took us to a local hotel, made sure we got a room, got us a discount, and were the nicest people. They also looked at the motorhome first thing in the morning and had it fixed by 10am!! They said it was just the belt but they could have sold me on a new alternator and

These guys were great! We dealt with another towing company right before we called these guys who was very rude and disrespectful. Ogden Auto Towing exceeded the expectations. Their staff is very knowledgeable and nice, with very friendly attitudes. The tow truck driver that responded was so helpful.
